Nothing here is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, a valuation, or personalized investment, tax, legal, insurance, or life-settlement advice. Browsing, selecting, comparing, adding a case to the Portfolio Builder, or booking a meeting does not hold, reserve, purchase, or transfer a policy and does not establish eligibility or suitability.
Listings, estimates, and risk
Listings and scenario estimates are supplied by Life Policy Market and may change. Life Equity has not independently verified LPM’s calculation methodology or which premiums, fees, costs, and assumptions are included in each estimate. Longevity, required premiums, fees and costs, policy performance, timing, availability, and transaction terms can materially change actual outcomes. Estimated ROI is illustrative, is not annualized unless expressly stated by LPM, and is not guaranteed.
Separate whole policies only
Every listing remains a separate whole policy. The comparison tools do not rank or recommend a policy. The Portfolio Builder only adds selected public figures; it does not create an allocation, a pooled fund, a fractional interest, shared ownership, or a combined return. Selecting cases does not ensure diversification or reduce risk.
Availability and transaction responsibility
Status can change at any time. A meeting is only a request to discuss a case or similar cases. Life Policy Market and its authorized parties determine buyer eligibility, confirm current availability, provide required disclosures, conduct due diligence, document any reservation, and manage funding, closing, and ownership transfer.
